Add a document to the public submissions corpus — a separate, parallel index that doesn't touch the EAO record.

Submit a URL

The server fetches the URL and stores a copy. Private and loopback addresses are blocked.

What we log. Submissions go to a parallel corpus, separate from the EAO record — they never appear in the main "Search the record" results. We do not store your IP address or browser User-Agent. The rate-limit counter uses a daily one-way hash of your IP that is purged each 24h; it cannot be reversed to identify you after rotation. The Caddy web server's access log excludes this submission endpoint. For maximum transport-layer anonymity, use Tor Browser — we serve over HTTPS and don't block exit nodes.
Rate limit: 10 submissions per IP per 24h. Allowed types: PDF, DOCX, DOC, ODT, XLSX, XLS, CSV, PPTX, PPT, HTML, HTM, TXT, MD, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF.
