● Target pin — fixed at a ground-truth lat/lng.
Pair them: left-click one, then right-click the other.
Drag any pin to refine. Right-click an unselected pin for menu. Esc cancels.
Polygons click a kind to draw
Click a kind below → click vertices on the map → dblclick / Enter to finish.
Click a polygon to select; drag vertices to refine; right-click a vertex to delete (≥3 left); right-click a polygon to delete. Esc cancels.
